Requirements- 1+ years of production planning and supply chain management experience.
- Experience in a quick‑turn, low‑volume, engineer‑to‑order manufacturing environment preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- CPIM/CIRM certification preferred.
- Strong production planning and scheduling experience.
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Meeting facilitation and cross‑functional coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain production plans and master production schedules.
- Release, reschedule, and manage work orders throughout the production cycle.
- Monitor production requirements and ensure on‑time delivery to customers.
- Analyze material and component availability to support production schedules.
- Reconcile production and material conflicts and resolve shortages.
- Manage Work‑in‑Process (WIP) inventory levels.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, purchasing, manufacturing, and materials teams.
- Evaluate and coordinate engineering change orders (ECOs).
- Facilitate production, operations, and material status meetings.
- Troubleshoot production control issues and drive corrective actions.
- Monitor labor loading and capacity requirements.
- Interface with customers regarding delivery schedules and production issues as needed.
