UCT in Austin, TX seeks an Assembly Lead to guide day-to-day cleanroom assembly, testing electromechanical systems and subassemblies for gas delivery equipment. You will lead personnel, coordinate schedules with the Manufacturing Manager, and drive safety, quality and productivity improvements.
The role requires leadership, hands-on training, and the ability to troubleshoot in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; travel may be required.
