Manor, TX Pay Rate: $15.00 – $21.00 per hour 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday) Machines Don't Run Without You. Machines don't run without people like you. Take on this Machine Operator role, keep the floor alive, and take home steady pay every week.

What Gets You Hired

• 1+ year of experience using hand/belt grinders in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and written instructions
• Familiar with hand tools, power tools, and bench tools
• Experience grinding to specific tolerances preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable working around machinery in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up and operate grinding machines and select appropriate grinding wheels
• Remove excess coating from parts while minimizing taper, chatter, and other defects
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy throughout the process
• Document work, update part trackers, and route completed parts to the next department
• Perform daily maintenance on tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety protocols
• Support team with additional duties as needed
