The NICU Nurse Manager guides a busy, high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit dedicated to premature and medically fragile newborns requiring complex, family-centered care. The Manager fosters collaboration among neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, respiratory therapists, lactation consultants, social workers, and bedside RNs, leveraging advanced monitoring and developmentally supportive practices to achieve exceptional outcomes and a compassionate, healing experience for families.

The NICU Nurse Manager reports to the Director of Women’s and Children’s Services and is supported by experienced charge nurses, clinical educators, and a multidisciplinary leadership council. As a Nurse Manager, you will shape staffing and scheduling, mentor preceptors, advance shared governance, enhance unit-based metrics, steward budgets, and champion patient and staff safety.
