Are you a dedicated registered nurse with a passion for public health? We are seeking a qualified RN to join our team for a contract role supporting community health initiatives in Elgin, Texas. This is a vital position focused on improving health outcomes through case management, data reporting, and project leadership.

• Serve as a Project Team Leader supporting public health initiatives
• Deliver Public Health Case Management services to individuals and families
• Conduct state data reporting and ensure compliance with public health protocols
• Collaborate with local and state health departments
• Provide education, resources, and support to promote community wellness

• Current RN License in the state of Texas
• Experience in public health, case management, or community nursing preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Proficient in electronic health records and data reporting systemsi>
• Ability to work onsite in Elgin, TX
