We’re looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant who can turn curiosity into closed deals while delivering the transparent, friendly experience our family-owned group is known for.

What you’ll do Welcome every guest, uncover their needs, and guide them to the right vehicle and financing

Use CRM, video walk-arounds, and digital retail tools to follow up, set appointments, and keep deals moving

Meet (and beat) weekly and monthly volume goals without sacrificing customer satisfaction

Stay current on Ford models, incentives, and competitors to present confident, data-driven recommendations

Build lasting relationships through calls, texts, social outreach, and flawless in-store hand-offs

What you bring

Success in automotive or high-ticket sales—or a track record of quick learning and results in another field

Clear, persuasive communication and strong negotiation chops

Comfort with tech: CRM, online retail platforms, and video-based engagement

Self-starter focus plus a team-first mindset

Valid Texas driver’s license and clean record
