Local CDL Delivery Driver

Position Overview

CDL A Delivery Driver – Trailer Drop Local Delivery Route Driver (Home Every Night and Weekends!)

Location:

13350 Old Kimbro Rd, Manor TX

• Build relationships with customers while delivering food products essential to restaurants, schools, hospitals, universities, and more.
• Work day shifts and local routes, with home every day.
• Unload cases up to 100 lbs, using a ramp and two-wheeler throughout your shift.

• Monday-Friday, with dispatch times between 3:00 am - 5:00 am to finish.

• Drivers average $70,000- $90,000/year
• Daily base pay, plus component pay
• Paid for every mile driven, stop made, and case delivered
• Average weekly pay

• At least 21 years of age
• Class A CDL License at hire or within 90 days of start date
• 1-2 years experience with Class A CDL
• Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads of up to 350 pounds
• Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check
• Clean driving record; as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards
• Must be registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent in order to be considered for employment with us effective January 6th, 2020.
