• $850 per week during training
• One-on-one mentorship with an experienced driver
• Training designed specifically for CDL-school graduates
• 3 to 4 weeks (200 to 250 hrs) riding with a dedicated mentor
• Assigned truck upon successful completion
• Average solo earnings of $1,400 to $1,600+ per week
• 2,800 to 3,000 miles per week
• 70% Drop & Hook / 30% Live Load or Unload

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited CDL training program (Minimum 120 hours of CDL-school instruction)
• Safe driving record
• Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Willing to learn and work safely with a mentor

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
• Haul no-touch dry van freight on regional routes
• Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD logs
• Follow company and federal safety requirements
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
• Complete pickups and deliveries safely and on time
