AboutThe Role
We are seeking an Inventory & Warehousing Specialist to support accurate and efficient warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring inventory accuracy, organization, and smooth product flow as we continue to grow. You will take ownership of inventory processes, work cross-functionally with operations and fulfillment, and help build scalable systems that support a high-performing warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and interested in growing into a leadership role over time.
WhatYou’ll Do Inbound Receiving & Inventory Setup
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Label, log, and stage products for proper storage
- Assign and maintain accurate bin locations for all inventory
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution with internal teams
- Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse locations
- Perform routine cycle counts and support full inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Ensure all inventory movements and adjustments are properly recorded
- Maintain clean, organized shelves, bins, and storage areas
- Evaluate warehouse layout and improve space utilization
- Recommend and support improvements to labeling, workflows, and processes
- Help implement scalable systems as operations grow
- Partner with fulfillment to ensure accurate picking and order flow
- Support operational workflows by staging materials and tracking inventory
- Collaborate with internal teams on system updates and process improvements
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics
- Strong understanding of inventory processes (receiving, cycle counting, reconciliation)
- Experience using inventory systems (WMS, ERP, or similar tools)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage processes end-to-end
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and lifting items as needed
- Experience with Shopify, ERP systems, or manufacturing workflows
- Background in fast-paced or scaling operations environments
