Manage front-office operations and high-volume calls, triage patient and referral needs;
Provide administrative support across intake, scheduling, and clinical teams;
Maintain organized office systems and support coordination across departments;
Manage office and clinical supply inventory and vendor invoices;
Utilize EMR systems (Homecare Homebase and Epic) to navigate patient records and support documentation workflows
