About the PositionThe Director will provide clinical and administrative leadership for Journey House, a specialized residential treatment facility for adolescent girls involved in the court system. Responsibilities include overseeing program operations, quality improvement, fiscal management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring exceptional care in collaboration with community and organizational partners.
Key Responsibilities- Current CT licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, or psychologist.
- Master’s Degree in Mental Health or Substance Abuse field.
- Minimum five years of experience with adolescent behavioral health and progressive leadership roles.
- Deep knowledge of clinical modalities like DBT, TF-CBT, ART.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
