About the RoleAs an Account Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique needs and offering customized products and services to help them achieve their goals. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including Customer Service Representatives and Sales, to ensure clients receive the best solutions and support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned clients to foster loyalty and long‑term partnerships.
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives to follow up on referred sales leads and service inquiries.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Resolve complex client issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account information.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors to provide expert advice.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Bilingual English and Spanish fluency is a plus.
