About the RoleAs a Business Insurance Representative, your main responsibility will be to engage with business owners and decision-makers, understand their unique risks, and present tailored insurance products that protect their operations. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses secure coverage for property, liability, workers’ compensation, commercial auto, and other essential policies. This role emphasizes strategic business-to-business marketing and relationship-building to expand our client base and deepen existing partnerships.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to connect with small to medium businesses.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with business owners.
- Assess clients’ insurance needs through thorough risk analysis and consultative selling.
- Present customized insurance solutions that fit each business’s unique profile and budget.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client support.
- Attend networking events, industry conferences, and community business functions to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by driving new business acquisition and client retention.
- Be a key player in supporting businesses’ growth and stability by protecting their assets.
- Use your marketing and sales skills in a dynamic, B2B-focused environment.

Compensation:
Base salary plus commission and benefits. Compensation $75,000.00 per year.
