The Mansfield Facilities Department is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Maintainer to join our maintenance team. We are looking for a versatile professional—either licensed or with equivalent veteran experience—who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities & Skills- System Diagnostics: Troubleshoot complex HVAC and commercial plumbing issues with precision.
- Automation: Demonstrate proficiency in managing and maintaining automated building systems.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex diagrams and schematics.
- General Maintenance: Support the broader team with general facility maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
We give strong preference to licensed technicians with a background in industrial/commercial environments
, specifically those with:
- Large-Scale Cooling:
Experience with packaged rooftop units ranging from 1 to 100 tons
. - Heating Systems: Hands-on experience with large-scale boilers (up to 3 million BTUs
). - Piping: Proven expertise in various piping system installations and repairs.
Hours:
40 hours/week;
Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m.
- 4:00 p.m.
Salary Range: $35.52 - $44.99 hourly
