Job Overview
A family-owned company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their close-knit team. This is a full-time temporary to permanent position in Mansfield, MA.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
- Take customers’ orders and enter them into the system
- Update customers on status of orders placed
- Direct incoming calls as needed to dispatch
- Assist in other roles as needed
- Perform other related customer service tasks
- Previous customer service experience required, in a distribution company preferred
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Software
- Great phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to multi task
Hours:
9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $19.00-$21.00/hr
