Role Purpose The I&C Integration Leader defines and executes Requirements Management, Design Change Control, Design Baseline and Configuration Management strategy to support robust execution and timely delivery of the I&C project. You will work with I&C engineering, operations, licensing, project management, and quality teams to ensure Design Baseline alignment with approved project stages and rigorous evaluation, documentation, and authorization of design changes.

You will manage a moderate I&C Integration team and support staff, with responsibilities for cost center management and potential oversight of multiple work groups. You hold final authority on employee performance, development, long-term planning, and staffing decisions.

• Coordinate all engineering work (maintains overall technical solution, development of procedures, tool acquisition, etc.) and other preparations required to implement the contract within budget and schedule.
• Plan, organize, implement and complete solutions to address client needs.
• Define and forecast necessary skills and work arrangements to support project objectives.
• May supervise/coordinate day-to-day operations of engineers, designers, engineering technicians and others assisting in project work.
• Represent the Company in communications with other organizations to resolve questions, plan, and coordinate work.
• Propose plans and cost improvement programs to achieve business objectives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (degree in Physics, Engineering Technology, or Engineering Science may be accepted depending on position).
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of project life cycles, methodologies and phases; basic understanding of specific engineering discipline.
• Supply chain and procurement practices; budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Stakeholder coordination, team collaboration, client presentations; prioritization and multitasking.
• Root cause analysis, innovative thinking, adaptability; excellent communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge related to engineering, requirements management, configuration management, techniques and criteria.
• Working experience with NQA-1 and 10 CFR 50 App. B; knowledge of IEEE 603, IEEE 1012, IEEE 7-4.3.2 and IEC 62566.
• Demonstrated leadership, self-checking, and a collaborative mindset.

• Requirements Governance & Framework Development:
  Develop and maintain the project’s requirements management strategy, processes, and tools.
• Requirements Decomposition, Analysis & Validation:
  Lead capture and decomposition of requirements (regulatory commitments, licensing basis documents, safety analyses, customer specifications, engineering standards); facilitate reviews for clarity, feasibility, and testability; coordinate validation activities.
• Requirements Traceability & Configuration Control:
  Maintain end-to-end traceability from high-level regulatory requirements to design outputs, test cases, and documentation; integrate with configuration management and baseline control; support audits and licensing submittals with complete traceability.
• Requirements Management Tools & Data Integrity:
  Administer tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama, Polarion); ensure data integrity, version control, and secure access; develop dashboards and metrics.
• Design Baseline Development & Governance:
  Establish design baseline processes aligned with NQA1 and 10 CFR 50 Appendix B; ensure baselines reflect approved inputs and licensing assumptions.
• Design Change Control & Configuration Integrity:
