Mustnhave proficient technical knowledge and skill set. This includes but is not limited tondemonstrating efficient knowledge of all equipment operation, tools andnprocedures specific to assigned area. nThis also includes demonstrating the ability to effectively troubleshootnissues as they arise.

Abilitynto establish and maintain effective interpersonal professional relationshipsnwith physicians, management, peers, patients, and their families.

Mustnconvey a positive attitude and present a professional appearance.

Mustnhave effective communication (both oral and written) skills sufficient tonresolve conflicts, and relay information concisely to staff, patients, andnother hospital personnel.

Demonstratenstrong customer service skills, including the ability to use appropriatenjudgment, independent thinking and creativity when resolving issues andnconflict.

Must benproficient in the use of the Radiation Oncology Information Systems andnsoftware and Hospital Information Systems that integrate with the Department ofn Radiation Oncology, including, but not limited to: ARIA, EPIC, Align RT, GE Discover
