This includes demonstrating efficient knowledge of equipment operation, tools, and procedures specific to the assigned area.
Ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Must convey a positive attitude and present a professional appearance.
Effective communication skills are necessary to resolve conflicts and relay information concisely.
Must possess sufficient organizational skills.
Demonstrate strong customer service skills.
Ability to use appropriate judgment and independent thinking when resolving issues.
Initiative and the ability to work independently are essential.
Flexibility to effectively handle challenging and stressful situations is required.
