Mustnhave proficient technical knowledge and skill set. This includes but is not limited ton demonstrating efficient knowledge of all equipment operation, tools andnprocedures specific to assigned area. nThis also includes demonstrating the ability to effectively troubleshootnissues as they arise.

Abilitynto establish and maintain effective interpersonal professional relationshipsnwith physicians, management, peers, patients, and their families.

Mustnconvey a positive attitude and present a professional appearance.

Mustnhave effective communication (both oral and written) skills sufficient ton resolve conflicts, and relay information concisely to staff, patients, andnother hospital personnel.
