CNA/HHA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour

SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNA and HHA caregivers in Mansfield, MA. We are seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers who can provide quality in-home support while helping clients remain comfortable and independent in their own homes.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment

• Follow individual care plans and daily routines

• Communicate client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HHA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

• Available for weekday and/or weekend shifts
