Aboutthe Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team in Mansfield, MA. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with clients in a private setting, providing ABA therapy services to support their unique needs. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will help clients develop new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and increase their independence.
Responsibilities- Provide one-on‑one ABA therapy services to clients in their homes or community settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs and goals
- Collect and analyze data to measure client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to care
- Utilize evidence-based techniques and protocols to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans
- 0 years of experience (recent graduates or professionals transitioning to a new field encouraged to apply)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate and patient approach to working with individuals with ASD and related conditions
- Competitive hourly rate: $22 - $28 HOURLY
