You will drive the adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of the systems and data infrastructure that support operational decision-making, workforce management, and business development.

This position is firmly grounded in project management and operational discipline. The ideal candidate brings strong business process thinking, cross-functional stakeholder management, and a practical understanding of automation and analytics.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders from initiation through delivery
  • Experience working with technology and automation solutions from the business side
  • Strong ability to translate operational needs into structured plans, requirements, and measurable outcomes
