Account Manager -radius Insurance Group

Role. In this role, you are the heartbeat of the rig Commercial Insurance Team. This role is critical to delivering superior customer experiences and ensuring consistent, proactive, top-notch communication with Customers and Carrier Partners. Proactive, timely, and clear communication and responsiveness are absolutely key to this role. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Client Service: Act as the first point of contact for business owners to answer coverage questions and process policy changes (endorsements).
• Policy Renewals
  :
  Track expiration dates, update policy information, and negotiate terms with insurance companies to keep clients protected.
• Claims Handling: Gather information from the client and help them through the claims process.
• Risk Review: Analyze a client's business to spot gaps in coverage and recommend extra protection.
• Documentation: Issue certificates of insurance (COIs) and binders.

• Proficiency with Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office;
• - Ability to Multi-task in a face-paced environment;
  
  - Excellent interpersonal skills (oral and written);
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy;
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to maintain confidentiality;
• All employees are responsible for being familiar with and able to recognize common fraud scenarios or outright instances of fraud and reporting any reasonably suspected fraud to his/her direct manager and the AML Officer. Requirements.
• A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in a Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance setting
