GNC Store Manager in Training (SMIT) is a development focused role designed to prepare you to run your own store under the guidance of a Store Manager or District Manager.
As a SMIT, you will learn to lead, coach, and support a team, manage daily store operations, and promote the GNC 'Live Well' brand while delivering exceptional customer service.
This is a full-time hourly supervisory program with hands-on training and a clear path to promotion after the 90‑day assessment.
