Wire & Cable Harness Assembler
We're looking for a detail-oriented Wire & Cable Harness Assembler to join our team! If you have experience building and assembling electrical wire harnesses and enjoy working in a quality-driven manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
First shift 7AM - 3:30PM Monday - Friday
What You’ll Do- Build, assemble, and terminate wire and cable harnesses by following engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Cut, strip, crimp, solder, and label wires and cables.
- Perform electrical testing, including continuity, insulation resistance, and hipot testing.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings.
- Support engineering changes and first‑article builds while maintaining accurate production documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in wire, cable, or harness assembly, electronics assembly, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings.
- Experience using hand tools, crimping tools, and soldering equipment.
- Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Pay $24 - $28 / hour depending on experience.
