THE PANTHER GROUP in Mansfield, MA is seeking a detail-oriented Wire & Cable Harness Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will build and terminate harnesses, follow engineering drawings and work instructions, and contribute to quality-focused production.
You should have 1–3 years in wire/cable assembly, be able to read wiring diagrams, use hand tools, crimping tools, and soldering equipment, and be familiar with IPC/WHMA-A-620. First shift 7AM - 3:30PM, Monday to Friday.
