Finishing Technician / Laser Marking Operator

Seeking a detail-oriented Finishing Technician to work with surgical instruments in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include laser marking, finishing, inspection, and measuring parts to ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload surgical instruments into laser marking machines.
• Perform finishing work such as polishing, grinding, deburring, and buffing.
• Inspect parts for defects and quality issues.
• Use measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, and video measurement systems.
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Complete required documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing, machining, inspection, or related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
