Precision Finishing Technician to join our team in Mansfield!
This is a great opportunity for someone with hands‑on manufacturing experience who enjoys working with precision tools and producing high-quality components.
What You’ll Do- Performgrinding, polishing, buffing, deburring, and etchingon machined components
- Inspect parts for proper size, finish, appearance, and quality
- Read and followblueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Use precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, scales, and indicators
- Identify and resolve routine production and quality issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work independently while contributing to the manufacturing team
- 2–4 years of manufacturing, machining, finishing, or inspection experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
- Experience usingmicrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments

- Ability to work independently and solve routine problems

Mansfield, MA Shift: 3rd Shift – Sunday Night through Friday Morning
salary: $24 - $26 per hour

- Perform precision finishing operations including
grinding, polishing, buffing, deburring, and etching
. - Inspect parts to ensure they meet dimensional and visual quality requirements.
- Read and interpret
blueprints, engineering drawings, and quality specifications
. - Accurately use measuring equipment including
micrometers, calipers, scales, and indicators
. - Identify and resolve routine production and quality issues independently.
- Maintain consistent attention to detail throughout the finishing and inspection process.
- Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- 2–4 years of experience
in manufacturing, machining, finishing, inspection, or a related field. - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- sblueprint-reading skills.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments.
- Aeye for detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A dependable, positive, and safety-focused approach to your work.
