Xfinity Center - Parking Attendant

Position Overview

Responsible for parking vehicles or issuing tickets for guests in a parking lot area. May handle cash and collect payment for parking fee.

• Direct vehicle traffic. (Direct motorists to parking areas/parking spaces using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.)
• Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure the space usage is maximized.
• Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas.
• Work closely with co-workers, Fire, Police and any third-party staffing vendors to achieve a safe and orderly ingress, tailgating and egress experience for fans.
• Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
• Greet guests arriving at the venue in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Other tasks assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor.

• Must be at least 16 years of age (must obtain a work permit if under 18).
• Prior customer service experience a plus.
• Creative problem‑solving skills.
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute job assignments.
• Position requires constant walking, standing, and being able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Positive attitude.
• Enjoy working in a team environment.
