Position Overview
Responsible for parking vehicles or issuing tickets for guests in a parking lot area. May handle cash and collect payment for parking fee.
What This Role Will Do- Direct vehicle traffic. (Direct motorists to parking areas/parking spaces using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.)
- Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure the space usage is maximized.
- Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas.
- Work closely with co-workers, Fire, Police and any third-party staffing vendors to achieve a safe and orderly ingress, tailgating and egress experience for fans.
- Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
- Greet guests arriving at the venue in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Other tasks assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor.
- Must be at least 16 years of age (must obtain a work permit if under 18).
- Prior customer service experience a plus.
- Creative problem‑solving skills.
- Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
- A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute job assignments.
- Position requires constant walking, standing, and being able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Positive attitude.
