Famous Footwear is a destination for athletic, fashion and casual shoes featuring hundreds of name brands. We’re seeking a passionate Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support sales initiatives.

• Ace Retail Operations: Execute daily store tasks—pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory management—to keep the store clean, organized, and efficient.

• During business hours, overtime may be required to meet needs.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store associates.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Independent judgment and discretion with the Store Sales Manager.
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Team‑oriented and flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends.

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs from floor to above shoulder height with proper equipment.
• Perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Maintain mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
