Job Summary

$25.69+ Hourly – Salary is $18.00/hour Base + Targeted Commission

• Adjust to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store constantly.
• Understand and apply Comcast’s Operating Principles to guide your work.
• Own the customer experience; think and act in ways that put customers first, provide seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and promote Comcast products and services.
• Engage as an active part of the Net Promoter System, joining huddles, making call backs, and elevating customer feedback.
• Support growth and results by driving sales and contributing to a culture of inclusion.
• Work as a team, collaborate, and be open to new ideas.
• Act with integrity, support colleagues, and do what is right for customers, investors, and communities.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to adjust to a flexible schedule.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store constantly.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, problem solving, customer‑focused mindset, persuasion, professional integrity, resilience, self‑motivation, teamwork, technical knowledge, and workplace organization skills.

• Base Pay: $18.00 per hour.
• Total Target Compensation: $25.69 per hour (Base Pay + Targeted Commission).
