Nordstrom Rack Mansfield Crossing is seeking a Manager of Asset Protection to lead shrink reduction, safety, and loss prevention for a new store opening. You will partner with store leadership to protect employees and customers while upholding Nordstrom values.
You will own building security, educate the team on emergency preparedness, document AP incidents, leverage data to identify trends, work with investigators and law enforcement, and drive profitability through proactive risk management.
