Equipment Repair Technician

Position Overview:

As an Equipment Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and repairing small engines, outdoor power equipment, and handheld electrical devices. This position not only involves making recommendations for equipment but also ensuring meticulous maintenance of units.

In this role, you will:

• Provide exceptional service to customers regarding tool rentals and repairs.
• Write customer contracts and invoices accurately for equipment rental and tool services.
• Assess tools for proper operation, demonstrating their use to customers when necessary.
• Maintain day-to-day operations in the tool rental department, ensuring equipment is in top condition.
• In repair centers, you'll be responsible for thoroughly testing, cleaning, and ensuring quality repairs before returning equipment to the store.
• Manage tool inventory effectively by repairing and maintaining tools as needed.
