M&S Development LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our growing field operations team. This full‑time, on‑site role offers the opportunity to work on large‑scale residential remodels, additions, and new home construction throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. • Perform both rough and finish carpentry work with precision
• Install interior and exterior trim, doors, and windows
• Construct stairs, landings, and custom features
• Install kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and vinyl plank flooring
• Read and interpret blueprints and follow specifications
• Assist Project Managers with structural layout and installation planning
• Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail in all tasks
• Understand and adhere to local building codes and safety regulations

• Minimum 5 years of residential carpentry experience
• Strong knowledge of framing, trim, and cabinetry installation
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Own basic carpentry tools and be comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift and move materials, climb, bend, and work on feet for long periods
• Strong communication skills with coworkers and clients
• Independent, detail‑oriented, and dependable
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
