As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of the maintenance department supporting operational excellence. What's the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems efficiently.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
• Inspect the building and premises for safety hazards and perform maintenance to eliminate risks.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
• Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to diagnose issues and perform repairs independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
