The role is essential to ensuring that customer orders are accurately received, packaged, and shipped while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Job DetailsShift: Sunday 3:00PM until job completed;
Monday–Thursday 5:00PM until job completed.
Location:
101 Norfolk St, Mansfield, MA, 02048.
Pay: $26.66 per hour, including shift differential.
Responsibilities- Receive, pick, stage, and ship customer orders, returns, and inventory.
- Verify merchandise against shipping records, inspect for discrepancies or defects, and report findings.
- Stock shelves and maintain organized storage areas.
- Use radio‑frequency devices to assist with picking, packing, and inventory tasks.
- Assemble customer orders by pulling items from shelves into totes for packing and shipping.
- Identify quantities and customer specifications, and enter orders, returns, and related data into the computer system.
- Inspect returned items and return merchandise to the appropriate shelf in the warehouse.
- Accurately complete daily inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory procedures as requested.
- Perform controlled substance picking, stocking, replenishment, and order fulfillment in a cage or refrigerated environment when required.
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other motorized equipment to move inventory, following all safety standards and OSHA requirements.
- Assist in training new associates and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least one year of relevant work experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding English product descriptions, names, and shelf labels.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain cooperative working relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of distribution center workflow with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to maintain a clean work area and implement safety practices to prevent injuries.
- Judgment and the ability to carry out detailed written instructions.
- Basic computer knowledge; entry of data into warehouse systems.
- Willingness to work overtime and participate in physical inventory.
- Team‑player with effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Certification or ability to operate power equipment at high levels (20–40ft), including forklifts and reach trucks, and compliance with all safety and OSHA requirements.
- Hazmat training certification may be required for certain areas.
- Ability to train and assist associates as needed.
- Maintain appropriate attendance standards.

Full‑time Salary Range: $33,100 – $48,950 (national average). The actual range may vary based on location; ranges in certain states may differ by up to 10% below or 12% above the stated amounts.
