Hours: 15-25 hours/week
Location: Alice Walk Fulfillment Center, Mansfield, MA
Directly Reporting to: Fulfillment & Customer Experience Manager
Working in partnership with: Warehouse Operations Manager

Alice Walk is run by a small team based out of Boston, and all of our fulfillment is done in-house!
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who loves operations and hands-on work to join our team at our fulfillment center in Mansfield, MA.
The role will be a combination of e-commerce order fulfillment, receiving & organizing large shipments of product, inventory management, quality control, and supporting the efficiency and organization of the warehouse. This role is physically active and based entirely on the warehouse floor, and it involves regular lifting, standing, walking, and moving product throughout each shift. We are a small, tight-knit group that genuinely enjoys working together and values our team culture.

Daily fulfillment of e-commerce & wholesale orders, which involves:
Picking and packing customer orders with the utmost attention to detail; packing large shipments for wholesale orders
Receiving, counting and organizing large inbound shipments of product; replenishing pick inventory; maintaining/reorganizing our current backstock inventory
Inventory management: taking accurate and thorough inventory counts, and rectifying discrepancies
Processing customer returns, which includes:
Inspecting, steaming and folding returned pieces back to their original condition; processing returns via our online returns portal (Loop) and troubleshooting technical issues
Assisting with logistics tasks, which may include:
Processing shipping insurance claims, creating international shipping labels and commercial invoices
Quality control: carefully inspecting garment quality and measurements of incoming shipments when necessary
Maintaining a neat and organized work environment
Skills & RequirementsExtremely detail oriented with strong follow through
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fluid environment
Sense of urgency with time management and task completion
Proactive problem solving
Excellent communication skill - you take direction well, but are also comfortable offering solutions and ideas to increase efficiency, and raising concerns or issues when noticed
Experience in an apparel retail environment is a plus! (but not required)
Very comfortable using computers, learning new software and troubleshooting technical issues; comfortable using Excel; experience with Shopify / Shipstation / Loop is a plus! (but not required)
Physical RequirementsThis role is based entirely in our fulfillment center and involves consistent physical activity throughout each shift. Candidates must be able to:
Stand and walk for the majority of a shift (up to 8 hours)
Lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally (e.g., inbound shipment boxes)
Push and pull loaded carts or bins across the warehouse floor
Bend, reach, kneel, and crouch frequently to access inventory on shelving at various heights
Climb a step ladder occasionally to reach overhead storage
Perform repetitive hand and arm motions (e.g., picking, packing, folding) for extended periods

Details:Approximately 15-25 hours per week, Monday - Friday (with ability to increase during busy periods)
Daily schedule, and start / stop time somewhat flexible (between 8:30am - 4:30pm)
Paid hourly (Rate to be determined based on experience) with paid holidays and time-off
