Warehouse Associate

Cencora, a global leader in pharmaceutical distribution, is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Associate to support safe, accurate, and timely movement of healthcare products. In this role, you will pick, pack, and stage orders; receive and store inbound inventory; and maintain product integrity using RF scanners, WMS tools, and material-handling equipment. You'll follow strict safety and compliance standards, help keep inventory accurate and work areas organized, and collaborate with teammates to achieve nightly productivity goals that support better patient access to vital medications worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and label pharmaceutical products for wholesale distribution
• Operate warehouse equipment and follow safety and handling standards
• Receive, verify, and store inbound shipments according to inventory procedures
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation
• Prepare outbound orders to meet quality, accuracy, and time requirements
• Follow cold-chain and product integrity guidelines as required
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with regulations
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet nightly productivity goals
