Senior Warehouse Associate

Cencora, a global leader in pharmaceutical distribution, seeks a Senior Warehouse Associate to support accurate, compliant movement of healthcare products. In this on-site role, you will receive, inspect, store, pick, and pack orders using WMS and RF technology while meeting strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards. You'll help lead daily workflows, mentor junior associates, and support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation.

Working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment, you'll play a key part in ensuring critical medications reach patients reliably and on time.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately process inbound pharmaceutical products
• Pick, pack, and stage outbound orders to meet quality and productivity targets
• Operate warehouse equipment and follow all safety and compliance procedures
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation
• Monitor product storage conditions and ensure proper handling of medications
• Lead or mentor junior associates and support training of new team members
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve order or inventory issues
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for daily tasks
