Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a Warehouse Support Associate to assist with distribution operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Verifying transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to ensure accurate product movement.
• Updating warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details and operational records.
• Tracking fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement for schedule adherence.
• Preparing dispatch, shipping, and receipt documentation for transaction processing.
• Reviewing routine exceptions such as deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, and vehicle availability.
• Confirming handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability and loss prevention.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or related fields.
• Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse processes, and logistics documentation.
• Ability to process operational activities, analyze data, and maintain accurate records.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external contacts.

Certification like CSCP is a plus.
