Our Client is a global, privately held tier-1 manufacturer of engineered mechatronic and control systems serving major automotive and industrial OEMs. Following a recent acquisition, their Ohio facility is entering an exciting growth phase — expanding headcount, integrating financial systems and processes, and investing in the site's long-term future. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to both plant operations and corporate leadership.

• Own the financial leadership of a full P&L site — not a back-office seat
• Lead a systems and process integration from the ground floor, with the resume credential to match
• Growing team: headcount being added under this role
• $150K base + 10–15% bonus target
• Stable, family-owned parent with decades of OEM relationships

We're seeking a Site Controller to own financial leadership for our manufacturing facility during a pivotal integration and growth period. Reporting to both site and corporate leadership, you'll direct all plant-level accounting and serve as the financial right hand to operations.

• Own the full month-end close, general ledger, and site financial statements
• Lead the integration of financial systems and processes following our recent acquisition — ERP, reporting, and close cadence
• Drive standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation for the plant
• Build, develop, and lead the site accounting team, with additional headcount planned under this role
• Prepare budgets and forecasts; partner with plant leadership on spend, capex, and margin improvement
• Establish and enforce internal controls; support external audits and corporate reporting requirements
• Translate financial data into action for operations — scrap, labor, overhead absorption, and cost-reduction initiatives

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (Master's, CPA, or CMA a plus)
• 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience, including standard cost environments
• Hands‑on ERP experience; implementation or systems‑conversion exposure strongly preferred
• Prior supervisory experience over accounting staff
• Comfort operating in a fast‑moving, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves plant environment

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
