Job SummaryThis position reports to the Operations Lead, and is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and analyzing customer orders to verify order information accuracy.
Work Location- This will be a hybrid role in our Mansfield Office location.
- Hourly range of $15-$19 plus an annual incentive plan.
- Receives and processes phone and fax orders.
- Verifies phone and fax order accuracy.
- Verifies data and order information accuracy on all orders including the conversion of Furniture & Equipment quotes to orders.
- Monitors customer orders and follows through to completion accurately and within customer and Company time frames.
- Identifies special order instructions, including all attributes associated to Furniture & Equipment items.
- Reviews discrepancies in data and reviews with appropriate sales team member and provides necessary follow-up.
- Processes a large volume of orders in a team environment as assigned.
- Ability to key large volumes of alpha/numeric data accurately.
- Minimum one year proofreading experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve discrepancies.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one-year data entry and/or keyboarding experience.
- High School/GED diploma required.
