Job OverviewSets up and operates machines and tools to perform various manufacturing operations and maintains them to adhere to quality standards.
Job Requirements- Setting up and operating machines and tools to start the production or manufacturing operations; monitoring and adjusting machine settings as per the work requirement.
- Reviewing the departmental operating procedures, identifying areas of improvement, removing obstacles, and streamlining operational efficiency.
- Performing quality checks as per the plan, documenting the results per the standard quality procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ordering raw materials, changing stock when needed, verifying receipts, and inspecting materials and products to ensure conformance to specifications.
Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required.

- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $43,950 – $48,339 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
- Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
