Ohio Health Mansfield Hospital is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for its busy Emergency Department. The hospital is located at 335 Glessner Ave, Mansfield, OH.

- Coverage: 37.28 MD and 27.57 NPPA (Advanced Practice Provider)
- 45 ED beds and 5 triage rooms
- Designated Level 3 Trauma Center
The facility utilizes EPIC EMR
. Orientation includes EMR Training and one shadow shift.
Comprehensive backup and specialty services are available, including:
Surgery, Neuro, Cardiology, OBGYN, and Ortho

A complete application includes: submission of Certificate of Insurance (COI), all required credentials, verification of all education/training/licensure/boards, claims history of the past 5 years, all current/prior work history and affiliations verified, and receipt of three peer references for the file to move forward.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (EM), Family Medicine (FM), or Internal Medicine (IM) with 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience
- Active Ohio (OH) license and DEA required, or an IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) with the ability to quickly obtain OH license and DEA
- CAQH attestation required
- Required Documents:
State license and DEA, Copies of Degree, Residency certificate, board certificate, photo, driver's license, TB screening, Flu vaccination - ABEM (American Board of Emergency Medicine) providers:
Documentation of having ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) once in the past (no need to maintain current certification) - ABFM (American Board of Family Medicine) or ABIM (American Board of Internal Medicine) providers:
Must maintain current ATLS certification

- Tuesday:6:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Wednesday - Friday:6:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
