The successful candidate will play integral roles in driving the processes and initiatives of the community‑based behavioral health center in Mansfield, Ohio. In addition, the regional medical director will oversee patient services ensuring superior patient outcomes and high‑quality, compassionate care.

The director will lead a well‑established team of 21 child and adolescent psychiatrists who provide comprehensive mental health services across inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and general outpatient settings in Akron and surrounding locations.

Requirements include an MD or DO degree, board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and the ability to obtain and maintain an active medical license in the state of Ohio.
