OB​/GYN Hospitalist

Pediatrix & Obstetrix Medical Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated OB/GYN Hospitalist to join their labor and delivery team at Ohio Health Mansfield Hospital in Mansfield, Ohio. In this role, you will provide around-the-clock in-house coverage for obstetric and gynecologic patients, ensuring timely, high-quality care for mothers and newborns. Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour in-house OB/GYN hospitalist coverage, including OB triage, inpatient admissions, labor management, deliveries, and obstetric emergencies
• Evaluate and manage OB/GYN patients presenting to the emergency department
• Collaborate closely with community obstetricians, nursing staff, and perinatal teams to ensure seamless, coordinated care
• Participate in multidisciplinary OB critical care teams, supporting quality initiatives and best practices in maternal care
• Serve as an essential clinical resource to the hospital, ensuring consistent, expert obstetric coverage

Requirements

• Board eligible/Board certified
