Overview
There are Extended School Year Tutor positions open for Mansfield City Schools for summer 2026. This position is grant funded at the contracted rate for up to 29.5 hours per week.
SummaryTo tutor, assist students with their academics, and positive behavior intervention supports in an alternative setting. Also, to identify learning barriers and strengthen study skills.
QualificationsAccredited college/university degree.
Must have an active Ohio teaching license.
Responsibilities- Provide direct and/or indirect instruction to individual or small groups to address students IEP goals/objectives as determined in Section 4 of IEP.
- Document services and progress towards goals and objectives for ESY students
- Schedule and hours to be determined based on assigned students. Specific scheduling offers some flexibility as mutually agreeable to provider and family
- Report/Progress Monitoring to be completed after the last session of services

Per the Mansfield School Employees Association agreement.
