Manufacturing Engineer, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Process Engineer, Quality Engineering

Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify root causes
Develop and implement corrective actions to improve reliability
Support planning maintenance outages, downturn repairs, and preventive maintenance activities
Coordinate equipment inspections and manage spares and inventory cost controls
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve equipment performance
Support the installation and startup of new electrical equipment and technologies
Conduct safety and quality observations and help address identified concerns and defects
Assist with developing and updating Job Safety and Health Analyses (JSHAs)
Perform other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or related equivalent experience
3+ years of experience working with industrial electrical systems, motors, drives, and control systems
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills
Ability to lead projects, influence teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Must be able to work extended hours as needed to support operations, emergency repairs, and planned maintenance outages
Applicants for this position must be currently legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
2-5 years’ experience in heavy manufacturing
Experience with DC and overhead cranes
Knowledge of melting and casting steel or other metals
Experience in a union environment
