Foundations for Living is a secure, residential treatment center for youth ages 10-17 where we offer proven, pro-social programs that capitalize on the strengths of youth with emotional or behavioral problems. We are seeking a Clinical Behavioral Therapist to join our talented, dedicated team of professionals who inspire youth to lift their sights to the limitless sky… and soar!

• Providing professional therapeutic counseling by facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Initiating the development, management, and implementation of discharge planning for each resident.
• Maintaining the residential philosophy of care and assuring compliance with policies and procedures established to support the philosophy of care.

• Licensure in the state of Ohio as a LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC and possess a Master’s Degree from an accredited university in one of the behavioral sciences.
