Per Diem Retail Pharmacist - Mansfield, Ohio

A compounding pharmacy located in Ontario, Ohio, is seeking a PRN Pharmacist to join their team and provide flexible, as-needed coverage. This role is ideal for a licensed pharmacist who wants to support a specialized pharmacy environment without being directly involved in compounding. The pharmacy focuses on non-sterile compounding products and offers a wide variety of supplements.

Location: Ontario, OH
Start Date: October 5, 2026
Shift: 9:00 AM 5:50 PM
Schedule: PRN / As Needed
Training: Provided prior to first shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
• Perform final pharmacist checks on dispensed medications
• Provide expert patient counseling and answer medication-related questions
• Offer pharmacist oversight and support to a skilled pharmacy team
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy standards and regulations

• Comfortable working within a non-sterile compounding pharmacy setting
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on patient counseling
• Reliable and available for PRN coverage
• Previous compounding experience is beneficial but not required as compounding duties are handled by trained pharmacy technicians
